Welcome to FeedChem Technology! We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive return policy to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and unused, with all original packaging and labels intact.
Receipt/Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
Opened or used products
Custom or special-order items
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@feedchem.co.za or call us at 27824044166 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
Packing Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Shipping the Return: Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, size, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
